Unfortunately the first day I used it the glitter panel broke off in the middle of the mall and my wallet and lipstick went flying. (Embarrassing). So I contacted customer service on the website, they asked me to send pics, just to tell me too bad, so sad, pretty much. Quality of item sucked. Customer service sucked more. And of coarse I threw the tag and receipt away.
