Twice, I have been offered credit card and delivery promotions, by both associates and Managers that did not exist to only find that out later, after making very large purchases based on these promotions. I am reporting them to the BBB. Shop at a different location Pier 1 for better trained/informed employees that don't use these sketchy practices!
