Turned out their "guarantee of satisfaction" only applied to the mattress, not the whole system, and have been suffering with a bad investment ever since the purchase was made. Poor customer service on top of that and I'm about ready to throw the thing in the garbage. Do not buy a bed there if you EVER sleep on your stomach on on your side, you will not be happy with it Read the fine print..I didn't and they count on that.
