  I went to this store to receive a SIM card for a phone. Waited over 10 minutes before being acknowledged. I told the employee what I needed and that I want to recover a backup. He inserted the SIM card, but did not help to recover the backup once done. He walked off and helped another customer. I approached him about it and he stated the recovery option should’ve appeared when the phone was turned on. Other than that he doesn’t know. Worst customer service ever. I had to go home and google what to do.

  Worst customer service EVER. AT&T dropped the ball and did not overnight a warranty order, as promised. And AT&T is ok with not fixing THEIR mistake. They are expecting me to go 3 weeks (I will be out of town for the holidays and I have already been without a phone for almost a week now) without a phone! The guy at this store (Anthony) told me that if it was that important for me to have my cell phone then I should cancel my trip....HORRIBLE customer service. They truly do not care about satisfying their customers. It is time I consider other providers.

  Zack is the best... he is very knowledgeable... asked questions to understand what I needed... takes his time to explain everything... and to make it better he is the nicest guy! I would never go to anyone but him!
