  Horrible customer service!! My new phone was shipped to their store Nov. 8, 2016. My father passed away Nov. 10 and I had to fly home to be with family. I called Cory Nov. 11, who I ordered my phone from, to let him know I wouldn't make it in that weekend and could he please hold the phone until I returned considering the circumstances. He said yes. I received 5 other phone calls about my phone while in NJ. I explained to each employee the situation and I was assured that my phone would be in the store when I returned. The last call I was told I could pick up the phone Wednesday, Nov 30. I was in the store that evening, and my phone was gone! I got the run-around from Emmanul (who called Cory) and I was told they never ordered my phone. Then how do I have a text message saying it was delivered Nov. 8 and a call & text from Cory the same day?! All these employees can't communicate with each other, or put a note on my account for other employees to see? They sold my phone out from under me, and lied about it. No apology, no new phone rushed to try to fix their screw up... No offer to fix the situation!! Not a good idea to let a customer walk out angry. I'm very disappointed in this store and its employees. I will never shop there again.
